It
is the parents or carer’s responsibility to ensure that products hired
are suitable for the age and skills of the children who will use them.

| 2. |
The
Big Red Ute cannot accept any liability for injury or loss resulting from
the use or misuse of products. Parents and carer’s should ensure
that children are adequately supervised at all times.
|
| 3. |
Broken
product must be immediately replaced at the hirer’s expense. If parts
are lost, cost of part or whole product will be charged. Normal wear and
tear is acceptable.

| 4. |
Lost
or stolen product/s must be immediately replaced by the hirer for its full
replacement.
|
| 5. |
The
product shall remain the sole and absolute property of The Big Red Ute,
and the hirer shall not sell, assign, pledge, underlet, lend or otherwise
part with possession of the product and shall not without the owner’s
written consent remove the product from the address set out on the
invoice. The hirer will protect the product against distress, execution or
seizure and indemnify the owner against all losses,

If
not cleaned when picked up a cleaning charge will apply.
